Consumer Spokesperson " The IQ+BEEF program is very important to the consumer. The consumer today wants a consistently tender and a consistently high quality beef product. This IQ+BEEF program is going to guarantee the consumer that the producers have the knowledge they need to produce that tender consistently high quality beef product." Norman Voyles, Jr. " As a producer of a product that is eventually going to reach the consumer's plate, I am concerned about the safety of that product. I want that product to be as safe and as enjoyable for that consumer as possible."
